3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Coverology, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PST of first day of the new quarter and end on 11:59PM on the last day of the quarter. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
This is a quarterly promotion, with new winners selected each quarter.
Quarterly periods:
- Q1: Jan 1 – Mar 31
- Q2: Apr 1 – Jun 30
- Q3: Jul 1 – Sep 30
- Q4: Oct 1 – Dec 31
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants can enter by completing one or both of the following methods:
A. Social Media Entry:
- Step 1: Post a photo or video featuring Coverology on Instagram or TikTok.
- Step 2: Include @coverology in the caption and tag @coverology in the photo or video.

Each qualifying post counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each post is unique.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
Limit one (1) entry per unique post per platform per day. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
7. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) winner will be selected each quarter to receive a $500 USD cash prize (Approximate Retail Value: $500).
Total of four (4) prizes will be awarded throughout the year.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within seven (7) days after the end of each quarterly entry period.
Potential winners will be notified by direct message (DM) via the social platform used to enter or by email if entered through the AMOE form. Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification and may be required to complete a verification form and provide a valid government-issued ID.
Failure to respond or complete verification in time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. WINNER LIST
To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 60 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Coverology, LLC, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.
13. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the total value of prizes received is $600 or more, a Form 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner.
14. STATE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
This Sweepstakes complies with all applicable laws.
Registration and bonding are not required unless total prize value exceeds:
- $5,000 in New York or Florida, or
- $500 in Rhode Island (for retail-based promotions).
15. DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates the rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
16. GOVERNING LAW
All disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
